Corrie Mckeague is a snowdrop with a special history. It is known as an early G. elwesii monostictus with large flowers, broad outer perianths and a long flowering period. A nice final touch are the green tips on the outer perianths. The variety originates from the hand of nurseryman Joe Sharman.
Named for Corrie Mckeague, who mysteriously disappeared in 2016 and of whom no trace was found, the plant is hoped to raise awareness for this tragic case.
